    Peter Hart

    Peter Hart is an Associate at AEA Investors where he is a member of their Middle Market team specifically focused on making investments in the consumer retail space.

    Prior to joining AEA, he was a Consultant in the Chicago office of the Boston Consulting Group where he worked with his clients to solve some of their most challenging strategy questions.   He spent the majority of his time in the financial services practice area primarily advising banks, hedge funds, and asset managers.

    Mr. Hart graduated with high honors from Indiana University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate.  During his freshman year at IU, he founded Everest Real Estate L.L.C, which owns and operates a portfolio of five residential properties in Bloomington, Indiana.  He serves as Executive Director of the Out for Undergraduate Business Conference, overseeing all aspects of conference planning.   He currently lives in New York, NY and in his free time, enjoys cooking, traveling, and beating playing guitar hero on expert.
  • Brooke Stoddard

    Brooke Stoddard

    Brooke Robert Stoddard is an Associate at Goldman Sachs in New York.  He joined the firm as an Analyst in Mortgages Structuring&Analytics in 2006 and joined the Mortgage Trading desk as an Associate in 2009.  His team manages a portfolio of distressed residential mortgages.  As an active member of the Goldman Sachs LGBT Network, he founded the Junior Advisory Committee and organized the LGBT Network Leadership Conference (for 75 attendees) in 2009.  He also mentors LGBT Summer Analysts.



    Mr. Stoddard graduated from Princeton University in 2005 with an A.B. in History.  He was a violinist in the Princeton University Orchestra for four years, performing on international tours to Portugal, Austria, and the Czech Republic.  He was also a member of the University Press Club, a highly selective group of undergraduate journalists who write professionally for national and local newspapers and magazines.  He serves as co-chair of the Sponsorship Committee for the Out for Undergraduate Business Conference.

    Jeffrey Kern

    Jeffrey Kern is an Analyst in BlackRock’s Global Client Group. He joined the investment management firm in September 2009 and works on a cross-functional team that acts as a liaison between the company’s Portfolio Management Group and institutional account managers. At BlackRock, Mr. Kern sits on the New York Giving and Volunteering Committee, responsible for managing philanthropy activities for the company in the New York City metropolitan area. Prior to starting at BlackRock, Mr. Kern also held several international summer internships, aiding with business development for firms in Mexico and China. He also served as a summer analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, an Atlanta-based middle market investment bank, on the foreign exchange sales and trading desk.


    
Mr. Kern graduated from Emory’s Goizueta Business School in June 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, concentrating in finance. At Emory, Mr. Kern was the president of the undergraduate business school’s student-run honor council and co-chair of the university’s crisis counseling line. He also served as an executive board member for Goizueta Investors and pursued his interest in sailing as the president of Emory’s sailing club. In his spare time, Mr. Kern enjoys traveling internationally, skiing, and running. He serves as the chair of Programming Committee for the Out for Undergraduate Business Conference.

    Mat Westcott

    Mat Westcott is the Head of Recruitment for RBS Global Banking&Markets in the Americas (The Royal Bank of Scotland). At RBS he looks after both campus and regular hiring teams at all levels across the investment banking and markets businesses.  Day to day activates include driving the recruiting strategy within the business, assisting the organization deliver best practice recruiting processes and managing the recruitment marketing to help attract the best talent into the Bank.  Previous roles at RBS have included looking after Campus Recruitment and Analyst Training & Development based in London (EMEA region). Prior to joining RBS, he joined BAE Systems as a finance analyst moving into marketing and then recruitment positions both in the UK and USA.  He has interviewed, recruited and ran training programs for hundreds of analysts into both financial services and manufacturing positions into EMEA, Americas and APAC.
     
    
Mat graduated with a BA (Hons) in Politics, studied in Nottingham in the UK and is a member of the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) and CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).  He serves as co-chair of the Marketing Committee for the Out for Undergraduate Business Conference.  Mat currently works at the RBS Americas headquarters in Stamford, CT and lives in New York City.

    Victor Eng

    Victor Eng is an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman, Sachs&Co. in New York City, where he works in the Global Leveraged Finance Group, focusing on the Industrials Industry.  He works closely with financial sponsors and levered companies to develop solutions to maximize value while mitigating risks.  Prior to Goldman, Victor launched his career in 2008 at Lehman Brothers, spending time in both the Sales & Trading and Investment Banking Divisions.  He also spent a summer in Investment Banking at Barclays Capital, and a semester working in Risk Management at GE Capital in the Sydney, Australia office.  

    Mr. Eng graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, concentrating in Finance with a minor in East Asian Studies.  During his time in school, he studied abroad in Australia, China, and France in addition to traveling across over 10 countries and 30 cities in a 2 month backpacking trip through Australasia.  At Penn, Mr. Eng was an active member of the LGBT community, most notable for his Presidency in the Wharton Alliance.  Recently, he was Chair of the Trevor Project’s New York Fall Fundraiser, which raised over $40,000.  He currently lives in New York City.

    Jay Serpe

    Jay Serpe is an analyst in the New York office of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank.  Since joining the firm in 2009, he has worked as part of the Banking Practice, managing and investing the firm’s deposit book and driving the development of new products and services in the space.  Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Serpe spent a year in Singapore as a Princeton in Asia fellow, piloting a new partnership with the Singapore Ministry of Education and teaching history to local secondary school students.  He also spent a summer with Thomas Weisel Partners, a boutique investment bank, performing equity research in the retail softline and medical technology spaces.

    Mr. Serpe graduated from Princeton University in 2008 with an A.B. in History, concentrating in European social and cultural history in the 20th century.  At Princeton, he served as an officer of the Class of 2008 student government and of the American Whig-Cliosophic society, the oldest college literary and debating club in the U.S.  He also performed as a member of the Disiac dance company.  Mr. Serpe is currently a member of the Offsprung committee, an Empire State Pride Agenda program seeking to engage young LGBT leaders.  He serves as co-chair of the Sponsorship Committee for the Out for Undergraduate Business Conference.

    Les James

    Les James is recent alumna of JPMorgan, where she worked first as an analyst in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group and then as an analyst in Finance and Strategy.  She recently left the firm to pursue an interest in healthcare, and is currently completing a postbac at Columbia University while doing clinical research at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital.

    Ms. James began her career in finance working as a summer intern at Morgan Stanley.

Ms. James graduated cum laude from Smith College in 2007 with an A.B. in Government and French.  She spent her junior year living in Paris and studied at L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques while interning for the Ministry of Sports.  She serves as co-chair of the Marketing Committee for the Out for Undergraduate Business Conference.  In addition to her work with OUBC, Ms. James is an avid runner and skier, and is actively involved with both Front Runners New York and Ski Bums.  She currently lives in New York City.

    Chris Lloyd

    Chris Lloyd is a second year student at Harvard Business School and is originally from Silver Spring, Maryland.  Prior to business school Chris held positions in finance and strategy at UBS Investment Bank, 3i Group, and Del Monte Foods.
     
    Chris received his B.A. degree in History and Spanish Language from Princeton University, where he served as President of his class and Chairman of the Princeton University Honor Committee.  Outside of the classroom, in addition to his work with OUBC, Chris volunteers for the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), a non-profit organization that partners professionals with teenagers to help them launch their business ideas, and Reaching Out MBA, an annual recruiting conference targeting LGBT MBA students.
