the 2010 Out for Undergraduate Business Conference (OUBC), OPM Director
John Berry said, "Get involved, wherever you are, whatever field you

Inspired by John Berry’s words, the OUBC Executive Board is excited to announce that this year it has apportioned a set of funds to be used to sponsor undergraduates across the nation to help them make an impact in their local LGBT communities and answer that very question.
We believe building a successful and vibrant LGBT community in the business world starts locally. As such, we are excited about this opportunity to help build LGBT community locally by supporting and empowering students in their LGBT focused initiatives, projects and events.
Guidelines and eligibility
Applications to receive support are open to any undergraduate with an idea, event, program or cause which fosters the LGBT business community on their campus.
