Travel Scholarships

Students who are traveling from outside of the New York City metro area can apply for travel scholarships to cover some portion of their travel expenses. Travel scholarships are intended to assist with travel expenses, including air/rail/bus and/or hotel rooms, for students who might otherwise not be able to attend.

In order to apply for a travel scholarship, please check the appropriate box on the registration form and fill out the entire registration form with all information requested. Students will be evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis. So please remember to apply and register early. If you are awarded a scholarship, our travel coordinators will make all of the necessary arrangements for you.

Each student who is offered a travel scholarship will be required to attend ALL conference sessions or he/she will be charged for the full travel scholarship amount. This policy will be closely enforced, so please commit yourself to the full OUBC experience before applying for a scholarship.
